We process call recordings, transcripts, phone numbers (encrypted), call metadata (duration, timestamps, disposition), and AI-generated summaries and sentiment analysis. Phone numbers are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and displayed in masked format.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our dashboard, including pages visited, features used, IP addresses, browser type, and device information. This helps us improve our service and ensure security.
